the past year, presented with great success the Bicentennial Art Program through which community offered a series of free concerts by national artists and local high standard.
This year again, the City of Chillán under the Cultural Grants Act through Bci Bank, h been willing to to support the initiative that we have planned for this year. The program, to paraphrase Victor Jara , called "The song makes sense" and share with the presentation of Camila Moreno, performance will be preceded by a local band Reptar.
invitations can be withdrawn at the Municipal Theatre on Wednesday 20 April.
